Yi Li, PhD
Yi Li is a postdoctoral researcher in Minmin Luo’s group at the National Institute of Biological Sciences (NIBS) in Beijing. He completed his undergraduate training in bioinformatics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and graduate training in Luo’s group at NIBS. Li has been involved in the research on the reward processing by serotonin neurons in the dorsal raphe nucleus. He performed optogenetic manipulation of DRN neurons, whole-cell patch clamp recordings in brain slices, and tetrode recordings and fiber photometry of GCaMP signals in freely behaving mice undergoing reward and punishment-related tasks.
