Patricia Izbicki

Patricia Izbicki is a neuroscientist and classical pianist by training. She studies the effects of music on the brain and nervous system, specifically that of music training on cognitive and motor inhibition across the lifespan. She is a PhD candidate and research assistant at Iowa State University and a member of SfN’s Trainee Advisory Committee.
