Leonard Maler, PhD

Leonard Maler is a distinguished professor in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine at the University of Ottawa. He received his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT), in Cambridge, and he completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Germany. His research focuses on experimental and computational analyses of neural networks underlying perception and spatial learning in both electric fish and mice.
