Elana Zion Golumbic, PhD

Elana Zion Golumbic directs the Human Brain Dynamics Lab at the Gonda Brain Research Center at Bar Ilan University, where she is a Senior Lecturer in the Neuroscience Department. Dr. Zion Golumbic’s research focuses on studying how the brain processes information in real life, with a particular emphasis on the processing of natural continuous stimuli, such as speech and music. Her research utilizes a range of techniques for recording electric and magnetic signals from the human brain (EEG, MEG and ECoG), as well as advanced behavioral tools.
