Adriana Bankston, PhD
Adriana Bankston is a principal legislative analyst in the University of California Office of Federal Governmental Relations, where she advocates for UC with Congress, the administration, and federal agencies. She earned her PhD in biochemistry, cell and developmental biology from Emory University. She additionally serves as vice president of the nonprofit Future of Research, and as director of communications and outreach with the Journal of Science Policy and Governance. Previously Bankston was a policy and advocacy fellow at SfN.
